Calendar TAB = Move one month forwards Ctrl+TAB = Move one month backwards General Using Hot KeysK is often faster than using a mouse. The majority of TimesOwn / Pro functions are keyboard enabled. In accord with Windows convention the right side of the menus show shortcut keys, where applicable.
Example E.g. The menu command “Tray” may be accessed by simultaneously pressing “Alt+Y”. The command “Reduce to System Tray Ctrl+Y” also appears under the File Menu. Pressing the Key combination of Ctrl+Y performs the same function. The menu items provide ready reminders of a number of shortcut keys. Button Shortcuts When applicable, buttons also indicate shortcuts, by underlining the relevant access key to press in combination with the Alt key. For example see the button to the left of the Time Zone selector where pressing Alt+C (repeatedly) cycles the format of the Time Zone selector between 5 modes. The position of the underlined C changes, however it remains underlined. Other Shortcuts A number of shortcutK keys are not specified on the menus or on controls, but are detailed afore.
