The Top command allows TimesOwn to hover over other Windows, even when they have the focus.
When off, TimesOwn behaves like an ordinary window in terms of its relative position to the viewer - that is it may be covered by other Windows.
When turned on the Top feature fixes the TimesOwn Window over other Windows, so that the user may refer to the information whilst working in other applications Windows.
The capital letter status of this command indicates the Top state. When it is displayed as Top then it is in normal off mode. When it is displayed as TOP then it is turned on.
Pressing Alt+P will toggle this feature on and off, as will clicking Top with the mouse.
